The role will also support Business Continuity initiatives, driving preparedness, risk mitigation, crisis response capabilities, and recovery planning in alignment with global standards and key style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Foster a strong safety culture through behavioral-based safety programs, leadership engagement, and employee accountability of leadership experience managing people, programs, or enterprise-wide initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:'times new roman', times, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span
