The role focuses on building the training engine, embedding AI habits across business lines, and translating strategy into practical workflow redesign at the director and general manager level.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Design and run the central AI training engine in partnership with HR and Communications.<br>• Develop AI-related messaging, playbooks, and learning content with Communications.<br>• Define and enforce standards for AI adoption and governance.<br>• Work with HR, IT, Communications and business users to identify and develop business-line AI Adoption Leads.<br>• Drive adoption across business lines.<br>• Support divisions to map and redesign workflows to operate on AI-native processes.<br>• Build and manage a community of AI adoption leads.<br>• Ensure strong execution and follow-through.<br>• Coordinate with external partners when necessary.<br>• Continuously refine approach based on business feedback.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>• 6-8+ years in project management, transformation, learning & development, digital adoption inside operating companies.<br>• Experience managing cross-business initiatives in a matrix organisation.<br>• Experience working with Group Functions (IT, HR, Comms, Finance, Legal etc.) on capability building.<br>• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and strong business partnering and consultative skills<br>• Good project management skills with strong follow-through<br>• Strong understanding of business workflows and execution reality.<br>• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in real workflows.<br>• Passion for AI, digital tools and new ways of working<br>• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.<br>• High emotional intelligence.<br>• Fluent in English & Cantonese, Mandarin preferred.</p></div></div></div>
