<p><strong>Mission:</strong></p> <div>As a Technical Compliance Engineer you are responsible for coordinating product compliance activities, monitoring regulatory developments, and supporting teams with technical compliance expertise. Working within a team, the position contributes to ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance worldwide.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your key responsibility:</strong></div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Organize and coordinate conformity assessment activities for personal protective equipment (PPE) in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties, including laboratories and Notified Bodies</li> <li>Analyze and communicate test results to product development teams</li> <li>Create, maintain, and continuously improve internal product compliance guidelines and processes</li> <li>Request, review, and manage technical compliance documentation</li> <li>Monitor and assess developments in compliance legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements across relevant markets</li> <li>Participate actively in technical standard committees and compliance-related industry working groups</li> <li>Support and advise product development and sales teams on technical compliance matters</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee product compliance information provided to customers, including website content</li> <li>Summarize and present complex regulatory topics and test results to a broad range of stakeholders</li> </ul> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your profile:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field</li> <li>minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in product compliance, regulatory affairs, product certification, quality assurance, or a related field</li> <li>Knowledge of product compliance, conformity assessment, technical standards, and regulatory requirements is a strong asset</li> <li>Experience in the sports industry or with sporting goods products is an advantage</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, documentation streams, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently</li> <li>Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player with strong communication skills</li> <li>Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li> <li>Additional language skills and international experience are considered an asset</li> <li>Passion for sports and an understanding of the needs of athletes and consumers are highly valued</li> <li>Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Switzerland</li> </ul> </div>
