In this team, you’ll help build a culture that’s not just creating batteries — but shaping the future of work. </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="list-style-type:disc">In your day-to-day, you will:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Conduct research and analysis on labor-related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence.</span></li> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Provide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts.<br></span></li> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Actively participate in negotiations with unions and workers' representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations.<br></span></li> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support.<br></span></li> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Provide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment-related matters.<br></span></li> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Prepare reports and documentation on labor-related topics to aid in decision-making.</span></li> </ul> <p style="padding-left:40.0px;text-align:justify"> </p> </div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> <div> </div> <div><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> <div><ul> <li>Vocational Training or a <strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Labor Relations, Law or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources.</li> <li><strong>Minimum of 3-5 years </strong>of progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity.</li> <li>Proven knowledge of <strong>Spanish Law </strong>and <strong>Labor Relations in Spain</strong>.</li> <li><span style="list-style-type:disc">Strong <strong>Communication</strong> and <strong>Adaptability</strong> abilities</span></li> <li><strong>Fluent in English and Spanish</strong>, both written and spoken. Experience working in international environments is a strong asset.</li> <li><strong>Willingness to work in Sagunto</strong>.
