Our people are the reason we win - and the reason we continue to grow.</p> <p>Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central People team is hiring a Senior Reward Manager.<br><br><strong>The role<br></strong>As part of the Reward team, you will lead the Benefits and Wellbeing across our 9 UK and European villages. The role ensures programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to a strong employee experience focus.<br><br>It also offers a clear pathway into a broader rewards role, with increasing exposure to compensation. Ideal for a benefits specialist looking to expand their scope, the role supports progression into a more integrated, end-to-end reward remit over time.<br><br>Location: Bicester Village (Hybrid and Min 2 days a week in office)<br><br><strong>What you'll be doing</strong><br>A few of the key responsibilities in this role:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Own and lead the end to end benefits and wellbeing strategy across Europe, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to the employee value proposition</li> <li>Act as a centre of excellence for benefits, providing senior guidance to HR and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business</li> <li>Manage key vendor and broker partnerships, ensuring strong governance, cost effectiveness and high-quality service delivery</li> <li>Deliver reward insights, analysis and projects, driving data-led decision making, continuous improvement and broader transformation initiatives</li> <li>Contribute to the overall reward strategy, bringing benefits expertise alongside growing compensation accountability, while ensuring robust governance, risk management and compliance</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong><br>We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
