WO IT also owns the applications that provide trade settlement data services to other technology teams from Operations, Finance, Risk, Regulatory and Compliance.</li> </ul> Job Description: The selected person would be a part of the Transaction Services Team - Wholesale Data Services & Operations Technology focusing on the Cash Management and Intraday Liquidity Management platform. The roles and responsibilities are as follows: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Performing Business Analysis activities working as part of a global team on front to back trade flow lifecycle projects and mandatory deliverables for the Cash Management platform</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsibility for delivering strategic changes to implement and optimize Cash and Liquidity management and enable business users to effectively manage funding requirements</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Gathering, agreeing and documenting requirements with Business and Technology stakeholders to produce Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specification Documents</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conducting functional, technical and data driven analysis to help validate requirements and current/future state process behavior</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Communication, co-ordination, tracking and reporting of key Software Development Lifecycle activities ensuring delivery milestones are met and risks, issues and dependency are proactively managed</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with vendors to understand system architecture, liquidity throttling process and plan for implementation.</li> </ul> Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: Mandatory Skills: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong experience as a Business Analyst with proven delivery track record working on business and technology projects.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Mandatory knowledge of Financial Products, especially Cash products covering front to back Trade Lifecycle, Operations/Settlements processes, Cash Management and Nostro transfers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience working with FPML / XML messaging protocols.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven experience in Liquidity management and regulatory mandates.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Payment throttling experience desirable.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving experience in both business and technical environments.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Candidate should be a quick learner.
