We have strong ties to the local community and are committed to providing a rewarding work environment for our employees.</p> <p> </p> <p>The general duties of our positions include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Operating machinery and other industrial equipment to produce bearings, bushings, and washers for the automotive and heavy duty industries in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Responsible for producing quality parts</li> <li>Reading blueprints</li> <li>Use of gages</li> <li>Setting up and troubleshooting pieces of equipment in minimum time</li> <li> Use of computers to input and retrieve data</li> <li>Working in a team environment</li> <li>Other duties as assigned Required Skills:</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Position requirements and experience:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ability to work any shift (1st 7a-3pm, 2nd 3p-11p, 3rd 11p-7a)</li> <li> Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required</li> <li> All shifts may require daily or weekend overtime (Saturday Availablility is a must!)</li> <li> Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> Competitive Wages! Employees have the ability to make up to $21.47/hour after 4 months of employment and up to $21.62/hour after 5 months of employment (Starting wage of $19.73).
