Job Summary: The Senior Plant Engineering Specialist serves as the primary technical authority for the facility’s critical infrastructure. This role is responsible for the strategic oversight, maintenance, and optimization of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with a heavy emphasis on industrial chillers, high-voltage motors, and automated climate controls. The successful candidate will ensure 100% operational uptime for our medical device manufacturing environment, mitigating risk through advanced preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis.
