Through collaboration, innovation and stakeholder engagement, you'll support our sites in building consistent standards while improving Business Partner Management safety, financial and delivery outcomes.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead change management and deployment activities for the Business Partner Management (BPM) Framework, ensuring effective planning, implementation and operational readiness across deployment waves.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support asset implementation by coordinating readiness assessments, change impact actions and risk-based deployment plans to achieve successful framework adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate BPM training and capability development programs, providing tools, guidance and support to leaders, SMEs and business partners.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive governance, assurance and reporting processes, monitoring key metrics, deployment progress and alignment between BPM activities and safety outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to continuously improve the BPM Framework, systems, tools and guidance based on implementation learnings and business needs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Facilitate collaboration across assets and functions to promote consistent standards, strengthen business partner management practices and support global framework standardisation.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Relevant tertiary qualifications in safety and/or risk management, project management, contract management or industry related fields. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Substantial background with Business Partner (contractor) management with demonstrated expertise at a senior level.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborated as an integral member of a multifunctional management team.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience leading change.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work across multiple Australian Assets.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A manual Drivers Licence. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>About Gold Fields</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At Gold Fields, we believe great leadership is grounded in empathy, respect, and growth.
