The candidate should also support branch finance activities independently. The candidate must be familiar with all the accounting procedures.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">Duties and responsibilities:</span></strong></div> <ul> <li>Ensure proper <strong>issuance of credit notes</strong> to customers and cross check the accuracy and completeness with the approved schemes.</li> <li>Calculate monthly, quarterly, annual discounts to be given to customers and provide necessary provisions accurately based on the approved schemes</li> <li>Assist in <strong>month end closing </strong>including providing timely reports/ analysis.</li> <li>Coordinate with Commercial and Sales Operations team to prepare <strong>weekly/ monthly reports</strong> and analyses.</li> <li>Analysis of Cost Center reports and preparation of Group/ business reports to support Commercial and Operations teams.</li> <li><strong>Performing day to day finance activities of branch</strong></li> <li>Periodically review customer accounts and escalate any issues identified.</li> <li>Complete other ad-hoc jobs that the management may assign from time to time.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">Skills:</span></strong></div> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Analytical skills</li> <li>Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.</li> <li>Teamwork and collaboration skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">Technical Knowledge:</span></strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Working knowledge in SAP</strong></li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT.
