<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Role Objective</b></H2> </div><div><p>Structure, design, build, and enhance group centralised data warehouse and Power BI reports in the Microsoft Fabric environment, partnering with users to deliver useful, relevant and timely data analytics to support business decisions.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Build Power BI reports/dashboards and semantic models for business use.</li> <li>Develop and maintain Fabric-based data pipelines using Data Factory.</li> <li>Use Fabric Copilot to accelerate development and improve productivity.</li> <li>Support Report Builder as required.</li> <li>Automate reporting workflows and operational support using Power Automate.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and communicate progress.</li> <li>Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, especially AI for analytics, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines with formal technical training.</li> <li>Strong data analytics and Power BI development experience (data modelling, DAX, SQL, Stored Procedure, performance/quality focus).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Report Builder and Power Automate.</li> <li>Good project management and communication skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of BI governance, deployments, documentation and lifecycle management.</li> <li>Positive, proactive, passionate and collaborative with a strong interest in new technologies—especially in AI-enabled analytics.</li> <li>Knowledge of machine learning and/or advanced analytics is a plus.</li> <li>Understanding of retail property business is ideal but not mandatory.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Remuneration</b></H2> </div><div><p>We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
