We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Any 5 days out of 7</strong>, covering the hours of <strong>07:00 to 15:00</strong></li> <li><strong>Any 5 days out of 7</strong>, covering the hours of <strong>15:00 to 23:00</strong></li> <li><strong>Any 5 days out of 7</strong>, covering the hours of <strong>23:00 to 07:00</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Pay, benefits and more:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As an Ecommerce Coordinator, there’s lots that we can offer you:</p> <ul> <li>An hourly rate of <strong>£13.75 </strong></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>An additional <strong>6%</strong> shift premium if working on the fixed <strong>PM </strong>shift (subject to shifts worked)</li> <li>An additional <strong>15%</strong> shift premium if working on the fixed <strong>Nights </strong>shift (subject to shifts worked)</li> <li>Holiday pay and a workplace pension</li> <li>A 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Access to GXO University – home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never ends!</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do on a typical day:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support the smooth day-to-day running of the e-commerce operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time</li> <li>Act as a key point of support for colleagues, helping to maintain productivity, quality and operational performance</li> <li>Provide cover for First Line Managers when required and assist with coaching, training and developing team members</li> <li>Promote safe working practices whilst supporting stock accuracy, KPI performance and continuous improvement activities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you need to succeed at GXO:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a warehouse or operational environment, ideally within e-commerce, inventory or team support roles</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a proactive approach to learning and development</li> <li>Flexibility to work across shift patterns and a willingness to take on additional responsibility as you progress your career</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.</strong></p><p>GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
