You will optimise daily shifts and confidently deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager. You’ll be accountable for the safe, compliant and efficient running of all operational departments during their shift. This includes full responsibility for people, stock, equipment, security, health & safety, and service delivery across warehouse and wider site operations. This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, rotating over 07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00 10:00-18:00 shift. You’ll need to be flexible with shifts to ensure consistent site leadership cover, including occasional weekend on‑call duties.
