Under direct supervision, the technician performs routine preventive maintenance (PM), minor corrective re</span><span>pairs, daily inspections/walkthroughs, and general handyman services on dock doors, levelers, HVAC/coolers, fire/life safety equipment, security systems, generators, building management systems (BMS), warehouse infrastructure (cargo racks, heaters), plumbing/electrical within defined scope, and exterior/grounds maintenance. This entry-level position emphasizes learning, safety compliance, accurate CMMS documentation, and proactive support to minimize downtime while delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
