style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>MAIN RESPONSABILITIES</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and develop a team of four Production and Material Planners, ensuring effective workload distribution, clear priorities and continuous professional growth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate daily and weekly planning activities, promoting collaboration across Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Sales.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Production Planning:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the planning and scheduling of assembly and machining operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor production capacity utilization, balancing demand, available resources and production constraints.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with customer demand, business priorities and manufacturing capacity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Plan critical product lines and support the introduction of new products and industrialization projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain and continuously optimize MRP planning parameters to improve planning accuracy and system performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor production order execution, prioritize manufacturing orders according to business needs and define recovery plans for overdue orders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Confirm customer delivery dates in collaboration with Sales, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Material Planning:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the material planning process to ensure the timely availability of direct materials required for production.</p> </li> <li> <p>Directly manage the planning and procurement of critical materials to minimize supply risks and production disruptions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with Purchasing to prioritize supplier actions for critical components and optimize purchasing lot sizes according to inventory targets and production requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support inventory optimization initiatives by balancing material availability, stock levels and working capital objectives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate daily and weekly material planning activities to ensure full alignment with the production schedule.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage material shortages and delivery issues by coordinating actions across Production, Purchasing and Warehouse.</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify and implement improvements to planning processes, MRP parameters and planning methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor KPIs and support the Supply Chain Manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving service levels, inventory performance and planning efficiency.</p> </li> </ul> </li> </div><div><ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Previous experience coordinating or leading a planning team is preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with SAP is preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexible mindset, strong ownership and a proactive approach to problem PACKAGE</b></H2> </div><div><div> <p>The annual compensation range for this position is <strong>€37,000 - €41,000</strong>, with additional benefits.</p> <p>This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.</p> <p>Additional
