<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support annual Sustainability Report development, including data collection, content input, evidence tracking, review cycles, and sign-off follow-up.</li> <li>Support disclosure mapping against GRI, IFRS S1/S2, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ESG ratings, and other relevant requirements.</li> <li>Maintain reporting data owner matrix, disclosure checklist, evidence folders, version control, and action tracker.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. ESG Ratings and Evidence Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support ESG ratings and assessments such as FTSE ESG Scores, DJSI, EcoVadis, Sustainalytics, ChemScore or other relevant assessments.</li> <li>Review previous submissions, rating feedback, lost points, public disclosure gaps, and improvement actions.</li> <li>Coordinate with relevant functions to collect evidence and prepare responses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Reporting Standards and Framework Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Translate framework or rating requirements into practical data requests, evidence needs, owners, deadlines, and report improvements.</li> <li>Support future reporting readiness for IFRS S1/S2, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and related disclosure requirements.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support gap assessment follow-up, content mapping against key standards and frameworks, and track open issues, data gaps, ownership gaps, and pending decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Clarify data requirements and supporting evidence needed for reporting, ratings, and public disclosure.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Follow up and coordinate to ensure timely and accurate information submission, while identifying and escalating key issues or gaps as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>5-7 years of direct experience</strong> in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, ESG ratings, ESG data/evidence management, sustainability consulting, ESG assurance, or corporate sustainability reporting.</li> <li>Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing trackers, deadlines, evidence folders, version control, and follow-ups.</li> <li>Strong English writing and review skills for sustainability disclosure content, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Corporate sustainability experience in a listed company (multinational company experience is a plus).</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, packaging, materials, energy, or industrial sectors</li> <li>ESG Consulting background would be a plus</li> <li>IFRS S1/S2 training or hands-on exposure is highly preferred.</li> </ul>
