You will work closely with regional stakeholders to execute learning priorities, align nearshore needs with MENA Tax L&D strategy, and contribute to scalable learning solutions across the region.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>- Support onboarding, transition, and upskilling of Pakistan Nearshore new hires to meet MENA Tax GCC requirements</p> <p>- Collaborate with MENA Tax L&D to incorporate nearshore requirements into the Global Development Program (GDP)</p> <p>- Coordinate and deliver localized technical Tax training in partnership with Nearshore Delivery Leaders and SSLs</p> <p>- Adapt global learning content to ensure alignment with nearshore needs and MENA Tax priorities</p> <p>- Contribute to the design and delivery of soft skills programs (e.g., communication, stakeholder management, client readiness) with the Firmwide Learning team</p> <p>- Support embedding of AI, automation, and technology-enabled learning approaches into training programs</p> <p>- Act as a key L&D contact for Pakistan Nearshore, ensuring smooth coordination with business stakeholders</p> <p>- Track learning effectiveness, analyze feedback, and support continuous improvement of programs</p> <p>- Contribute to identifying nearshore capability needs and feeding into the MENA Tax annual learning plan</p> <p>- Support broader MENA Tax L&D initiatives across locations as required</p> <p>- Assist in planning and on-ground execution of L&D events in Pakistan, coordinating with AWS and business stakeholders</p> <p>- Collaborate with the wider MENA Tax learning team, particularly during peak learning cycles</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams</p> <p>- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>- Strong communication and facilitation skills</p> <p>- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail</p> <p>- Collaborative approach with a focus on execution and delivery</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>- Have experience in L&D, talent development, or training coordination within a professional services environment</p> <p>- Be familiar with Tax or consulting business environments</p> <p>- Have exposure to regional or multi-country stakeholder management</p> <p>- Demonstrate interest in digital learning, AI, and future-focused capability building</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we look for</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively support learning delivery and stakeholder coordination, while contributing to a high-performing and collaborative L&D environment across MENA.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
