You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational stability, and continuous value generation for global clients through structured governance, performance monitoring, and cross-team coordination. Your Key Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with strong expertise in AMS environments and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, along with proven international experience, particularly in managing onshore delivery across European clients.
