This individual will lead Marketo and CJA projects involving strategic execution of campaigns end to end, process improvements, oversee the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies that enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and leadership skills. Good to have certifications on Marketo and CJA but not mandatory.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices is a must, including marketing automation concepts, such as lead generation, customer journey, lead nurturing, etc.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proven strong leadership skills.
