Right now, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions to leading organizations across the EMEA region. The opportunity You will work with SAP Human Resources solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, applying industry best practices to implementation and transformation projects. You will deliver business advisory services in the area of transformation and enterprise management systems, supporting process implementations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will manage both greenfield and brownfield implementations using SAP Activate and hybrid delivery methodologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring implementation quality and managing the local SuccessFactors team. Your key responsibilities As part of our team, you will help clients transform their HR functions by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics. You will advise on SAP Human Capital Management solutions, support implementation and transformation projects, review processes post-implementation, and coordinate key project activities to ensure successful delivery and business value.
