The opportunity The Business Analyst role sits in the Solutions Delivery Pillar. Your key responsibilities You will be responsible for partnering with Business Technology Leaders, Solution Delivery Leaders, Product Leaders, and Architects in the definition and delivery of long-term business and technology strategies for one or more portfolio(s), applying domain knowledge and enterprise analysis to drive reuse, continuity, and measurable business outcomes. <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan and manage the BA approach to ensure timely, high-quality requirements delivery across the Portfolio throughout all phases of the ATTG project life cycle, reducing rework and enabling efficient solution delivery.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and mentor a team of BAs assigned to program/portfolio project(s), ensuring comprehensive business analysis is performed on all projects across the assigned Portfolio/Programs. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $86,600 to $197,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $103,900 to $224,700.
