The opportunity Working in a collaborative team environment, the Transition Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing the seamless transition of services, processes for clients. The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex transitions, ensuring minimal disruption, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.
