The role of the Quality Assurance/Control Technician includes gathering data & participate in root cause assessment of Out of Trend (OOT) &Out of Specification (OOS) material & help to implement & support the corrective/preventive actions approved to mitigate them. Quality Assurance/Control Technician creates Certificate of Analysis (COA) & also test materials before, during &after production to measure characteristics to ensure that they conform to internal &external (customer) specifications in addition to meeting the required levels of quality. All data collection is maintained in SAP; additional data review may utilize Excel. The Quality Assurance/Control Technician I should be able to operate in a team environment through proper communication & assisting each other during all steps of operation.
