About this role
<p>工厂设备进行自动化改造升级以及生产设备数字化、智能化项目的实现,实现生产效率的提升和生产质量的提高。Responsible for automation upgrade for production equipment with digitization and intelligentization to drive efficiency improvement.</p> <p>对当前工艺和设备进行评估和研究，设计自动化实现方案Evaluate and study existing processes and equipment, and develop automation implementation solutions.</p> <p>自动化设备、产线成套技术要求编写Technical requirement documentation for automation machine /production line.</p> <p>为合格设备供应商的选择提供技术支持Provide technical support for vendor sourcing and qualification</p> <p>负责设备供应商设计方案的评估和确定Responsible for review and confirmation for design specification of new machine</p> <p>负责监督自动化设备加工制造的过程，确保设备保质、如期交付；Supervise the process of equipment fabrication to ensure the quality of equipment and delivery on time</p> <p>对接全球制造工厂，梳理自动化需求，并负责中国本地供应商的评估与准入认证工作；Work with global manufacturing sites to understand their automation requirements and assist in China local suppliers’ evaluation and qualification.</p> <p>其他部门经理安排事项Other task assigned by department manager；</p> <p> </p> <p>The skills you will need：<br>本科及以上学历，自动化相关专业，Bachelor degree or above in Automation engineering<br>有丰富的电气自动化控制,机械设计等方面的知识Extensive knowledge of electrical automation control, mechanical design, etc<br>有一定的智能制造、物联网相关知识Knowledge of intelligent manufacturing and Internet of Things<br>有8年以上自动化设备线规划、设备导入的经验At least 8 years experience in production automation planning and introduction</p> <p>较强的项目管理 Strong project management ability<br>良好的英语沟通能力 Good English communication skill<br>会用Auto CAD软件及PLC 编程软件 Can use Auto CAD software and PLC program</p> <p>个人特质 Personality<br>具有探索精神和创新意识Have the spirit of exploration and innovation</p> <p>良好的沟通协作能力Good communication and cooperation spirit<br>能承受工作压力Can work under pressure<br>责任心强，良好的自我管理 Strong responsibility, good self-management capacity<br>良好的团队工作精神Good team work capacity<br>动手能力强Strong practical ability</p> <p> </p>
