<p><img alt="" src="https://rmkcdn.successfactors.com/b973e054/458fd0a7-eed6-4271-9d7e-3.jpg" style="height:200.0px;width:250.0px"></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0px">Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.</span></strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <div> <p><strong>Mission:</strong></p> <div> <div>Carry out the necessary activities related to industrial maintenance, ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintenance best practices.</div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div> </div> <div> <div>• Perform failure diagnostics and ensure preventive and corrective inspections and maintenance of machines and equipment, in accordance with defined procedures and technical standards.<br>• Ensure compliance with the work order planning.<br>• Ensure the assembly and installation of new machines and/or systems, in line with technical specifications and applicable safety standards.<br>• Monitor equipment performance and carry out necessary adjustments to optimize operational efficiency. This may include PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming or adjustments to automation systems.<br>• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed, including failure reports, replaced parts, and recommendations for future improvements.<br>• Ensure compliance with established internal procedures and standards.<br>• Proactively identify improvement opportunities.<br>• Contribute to the collection and analysis of defined indicators.<br>• Apply and promote maintenance best practices.<br>• Consciously implement the Safety, Environment, and Quality recommendations communicated during work-start briefings.<br>• Actively collaborate with management in identifying and reporting deviations from expected Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>The talent we are looking for: </strong></div> <div> <div>•High school certificate</div> <div>•Electromechanical certificate</div> <div>•Experience in Electricity (mandatory)</div> <div>•ATEX knowledge (nice to have)</div> <div> </div> <div> <p><strong>What we have to offer:</strong></p> <p>Integration into a dynamic and challenging company and team;</p> <p>Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>If you think this could be the next step in your career, apply for this opportunity!</strong></p> </div> </div> <div> </div> </div>
