Your Key Responsibilities as an HRBP As an HR Business Partner you play a crucial role in our HR team: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">You will be working in team with the payroll officer and the recruiters dedicated to your Service Line.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">You understand the current and future needs of your business.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">You will be in close contact with the employees of this service line and are in charge of the follow-up of their full career cycle: from onboarding to leaving, performance management, coaching, wellbeing, compensation & benefits review.
