As you do, we’ll support you in developing your ServiceNow, consultancy, and analytical skills – along with relationships that help shape your career. <h3>Your Key Responsibilities</h3> Here, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions where we transform IT, HR, Customer Service, Cyber, Risk, GBS, or other capabilities through the ServiceNow platform. As a Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve business results through the delivery of ServiceNow engagements. You will be able to manage on-site and remote teams to deliver insightful solutions, balance priorities whilst ensuring on-time and on-budget engagements. As a key part of the team you will: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Be empowered to lead a range of initiatives, projects, and programmes to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers through the ServiceNow platform.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead the shaping, delivery, and financial aspects of these engagements to time and budget using Agile or other delivery methodologies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with on-site and remote client and EY teams from around the world.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead aspects (e.g., comms/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions using the platform to understand client challenges and demonstrate the potential solutions and outcomes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Set up and lead ways of working to ensure the engagement is delivered in a fun, inclusive, positive, and energetic way.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Meet and manage deadlines individually, as part of and/or as the leader of a team.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build effective relationships with clients;
