The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Treasury Cash Operations Senior to support the execution and optimization of end-to-end treasury operations for global clients. This role focuses on hands-on cash management, payment execution, reporting, and supporting transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Managers and client stakeholders to ensure efficient cash operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with controls in a dynamic consulting environment. Your Key Responsibilities Cash & Liquidity Management <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support daily cash position tracking across bank accounts and geographies</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor client inflows (receivables) and outflows (payments, payroll, vendors)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and escalate cash gaps or funding requirements</li> </ul> Treasury Operations <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Execute domestic and international payments (wire, ACH, etc.)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure timely and accurate processing of treasury transactions</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support bank account management activities (documentation, updates, tracking)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain treasury systems and ensure data accuracy</li> </ul> Forecasting & Reporting <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts (weekly/monthly)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track actual vs forecast variances and highlight key drivers</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Generate standard treasury reports for internal and client stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support working capital analysis</li> </ul> Banking & Stakeholder Management <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate with banking partners for operational queries</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with internal teams (AP, AR, FP&A, Tax) to support cash requirements</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Escalate issues related to payments, liquidity, or bank operations</li> </ul> Process Improvement & Transformation <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support automation and process improvement initiatives</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in implementing treasury management systems (TMS) enhancements</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts;
