Join EY and help to build a better working world. </div> <div style="font-family:Arial;font-size:1.0em"> </div>Experience Required <ul> <li>8–12 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCM</li> <li>Preferred experience of Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) SCM (at least 2–3 years), including exposure to key modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS</li> <li>Should have worked in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations</li> <li>Experience in a client-facing role</li> <li>Strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence scenarios between EBS and Fusion</li> <li>Experience in solution design, preparing functional specifications, and driving end to end delivery</li> <li>Hands on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution</li> </ul> Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities <ul> <li>Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM / or other prescribed methodologies</li> <li>Implementation experience in at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules, such as:</li> <li>Product Management</li> <li>Procurement</li> <li>Order Management</li> <li>Pricing</li> <li>Inventory</li> <li>Costing</li> <li>(Good to have) Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Supply Chain Planning Cloud</li> <li>Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and solution discussions</li> <li>Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules:</li> <li>Product Management, OM Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning</li> <li>Interpret functional requirements and deliver solutions independently from offshore</li> <li>Design module specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environment</li> <li>Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit Gap, Training, and Testing</li> <li>Assist business during CRP/SIT/UAT</li> <li>Prepare high quality deliverables, documentation, test scripts, and test cases</li> <li>Conduct trainings for users and internal teams</li> <li>Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with documentation and status reporting</li> </ul> Competencies / Skills <ul> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into detailed design documents</li> <li>Proficiency in documenting using OUM or any structured methodology</li> <li>Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor teams</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li> <li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills</li> <li>Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex business knowledge</li> <li>Team player with strong collaboration abilities</li> <li>Must follow well defined release management processes</li> <li>Ability to multitask while staying focused on priorities</li> <li>Must have a valid passport</li> <li>Willingness to travel for client site work / business travel</li> </ul> Education <ul> <li>BE / MBA</li> </ul><div style="font-family:Arial;font-size:1.0em"> EY | Building a better working world EY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet, while building trust in capital markets.
