The Retail Banking and Financial Services group provides a broad spectrum of advisory services across retail banking operations, product and channel optimization, customer experience enhancement, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. We are seeking energized, motivated leaders with experience helping retail banks transform their operations. Working closely with our clients, you will offer insights and advice, support them in making strategic decisions, navigate the implementation of technology and operational workflows, and guide teams through the transformation journey. Our engagements span from strategic assessments and target operating model designs to system/vendor selections, technology and data architecture design, and implementation support for mid to large-scale transformation opportunities.
