helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Define overall architecture, design, and implementation strategy for ServiceNow ITAM and SAM solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead end-to-end SAM Pro implementations, including software normalization, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Architect enterprise-scale asset management solutions covering software lifecycle, entitlements, contracts, and license optimization</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Design and enforce CMDB and asset
