Join the team We’re looking for a State Services Manager to join our Facilities team. Based in Melbourne, this role is responsible for the end-to-end performance, compliance and delivery of facilities services across our VIC/TAS region. Operating as the key link between national strategy and in-store execution, this role ensures our stores receive safe, compliant and high-quality services across Cleaning, Waste, Hygiene Pest, Recycling and Trolley operations. You’ll work closely with store teams, contractors and cross-functional partners to translate standards into action, resolve issues at pace and continuously lift service outcomes. This is a hands-on, field-focused role suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations, thrives in complexity and is motivated by delivering tangible improvements in service, safety and customer experience.
