The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Management, and Global Benefits implementations. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, strong configuration skills, client-facing consulting capabilities, and the ability to independently drive project activities across all project phases. Your Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.</li> <li>Configure and support Employee Central, Time Management, and Global Benefits modules based on business requirements.</li> <li>Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare solution design documentation.</li> <li>Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, RBP, Position Management, and Employee Data Models.</li> <li>Configure Time Management components including Time Off, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Profiles, Leave of Absence, and Time Account Processing.</li> <li>Configure and support Global Benefits programs including enrolments, eligibility rules, reimbursements, allowances, and benefits lifecycle processes.</li> <li>Perform system testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.</li> <li>Manage data migration activities and validate data loads.</li> <li>Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, integration teams, and project leadership.</li> <li>Provide best-practice recommendations and solution guidance.</li> <li>Independently manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications.</li> <li>Support hyper care and post-go-live activities.</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success <ul> <li>3–7 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.</li> <li>Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.</li> <li>Hands-on implementation experience in: <ul> <li>Employee Central (EC)</li> <li>Time Management (Time Off / Time Tracking)</li> <li>Global Benefits</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Strong knowledge of: <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul> <li>Foundation Objects</li> <li>MDF Objects</li> <li>Business Rules</li> <li>Workflows</li> <li>Role-Based Permissions (RBP)</li> <li>Position Management</li> <li>Data Models</li> <li>Picklists</li> <li>Alerts & Notifications</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience with data migration, imports, and reporting.</li> <li>Experience in integration touchpoints with EC Payroll or third-party systems is preferred.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage project workstreams with minimal supervision</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.</li> <li>SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Certification.</li> <li>Experience in global implementations across multiple countries.</li> </ul> Key Competencies <ul> <li>Independent project ownership</li> <li>Client management</li> <li>Solution design and consulting</li> <li>Problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li> </ul> What we offer you At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
