Your Key Responsibilities <ul> <li> You lead and execute various HR focused projects for a variety of clients within various sectors. </li> <li> You integrate the HR team of your client for a specified period to provide hands-on support in key HR operations </li> <li> You think strategically while delivering tactically. Willing to roll-up-sleeves and get the job done. </li> <li> You quickly understand and apply information and best practices to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan and business needs. </li> <li> You will help your clients create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace. </li> <li> You will play a pivotal role in securing the continuity and efficiency of your clients’ HR Operations. </li> <li> Depending on your expertise and interest (because we want you to love what you do!), projects will include: Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits. </li> </ul> Your Profile You have: <ul> <li> A Master degree. </li> <li> 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience in the field </li> <li> You demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. </li> <li> You are a strategic thinker with a passion for HR and </li> <li> Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch AND French.
