Job Summary Leads research and development in agricultural sciences with strong agronomy background. Execute projects supporting the development of proprietary solutions resulting in new products, processes and capabilities. Develop strategies, create innovations, define manufacturing translations, and provide subject matter expertise. Understands the competition, keeps up on the latest trends, and leverages outside resources.
