Job Summary This role will execute U.S. payroll activities and various ad-hoc activities needed to pay SABIC employees timely and accurately. This role will help SABIC maintain integrity and compliance for all U.S. payroll issues. Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Review and sign off time cards.</li> <li>Execute payrolls and off-cycle payments.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and questions regarding payroll deductions as well as time and attendance.</li> <li>Work closely with HR Operations team members to ensure master data integrity.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team on items related to payroll accounting reconciliations.</li> <li>Support data requests to facilitate the analysis of cost.</li> <li>Reconcile various payroll and benefits deductions and provide support to the Benefits team.</li> <li>Review internal controls and recommend changes.</li> <li>Support audit activities for the team.</li> <li>Help develop and maintain process flow and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).</li> <li>Manage other ad-hoc projects related to the Payroll function as needed.</li> </ul> Job Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field strongly preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Payroll, Human Resource or Finance position.</li> <li>Considerable experience with ADP GlobalView preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency with eTIME or other time keeping systems preferred.</li> <li>SAP experience preferred.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including V-lookup and Pivot tables.</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li> <li style="font-weight:bold">Fluent in English language/submit all resumes in English</li> </ul> Eligibility Requirements <ul style="margin-bottom:13.0px"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">You must submit your application for employment online to be considered.
