Your key responsibilities: <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support our lawyers and company secretaries in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Engage with technology and international teams to ensure efficient delivery</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Carry out day to day administrative tasks, including in respect of our client engagement processes and billing</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Conduct legal research and gather, collate and review data and documentation</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Produce initial drafts of legal documentation</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assist with project management, including liaising across multiple jurisdictions</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support the team in the development of the practice including drafting, amending and updating legal precedents, know-how and internal / external marketing materials</li> </ul> Skills and Attributes for Success: <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Team player; able to integrate with new teams quickly and build relationships at all levels</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Able to prioritise appropriately and deliver quality work to strict deadlines</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Attention to detail</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong IT skills and an ability to learn, understand and adapt to new systems and applications</li> </ul> To qualify for the role you must have/be: <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Educated to degree level</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Previous experience within the legal sector.
