The opportunity Our Transaction Tax Practice is comprised of a dedicated team focused on the tax aspects of corporate and private equity acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and capital market transactions. As a manager on the Transactions team, we’ll look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas, devising strategic outcomes to very complex issues, including US domestic and cross-border tax strategies. As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will serve corporate and private capital markets clients undertaking third-party transactions in tax diligence, general transaction advisory, and overall transaction project management. You will assist with internal restructuring and corporate and private equity buy/sell side due diligence, develop and execute tax strategy by managing risk arising from global law changes (such as Base Erosion Profit Shifting - BEPS), and advise on transactions involving financial instruments (e.g., cash, debt and equity, derivatives, foreign exchange). The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $116,200 to $212,900.
