Role As a Manager, you will lead end-to-end workstreams with US and global teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs for Life Sciences clients. You’ll contribute your sector expertise and consulting skills to help design PMO/EPMO/Transformation Office capabilities, strengthen program and portfolio delivery, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals with deep Life Sciences sector and value chain expertise and proven consulting experience - those who can combine strategic thinking, delivery leadership, and client engagement to deliver measurable outcomes. In addition to delivery leadership, you’ll support and grow a skilled team experienced in planning, controlling, and executing transformation initiatives. You’ll also engage in strategic conversations with clients, helping to identify opportunities for EY to add value and contribute to business development.
