Our Editron business unit is leading the electrification revolution, specializing in hybrid and electric powertrain systems for the off-highway, on-highway and marine markets.</p> <p> </p> <p>We now have an opportunity to recruit a <strong>Sourcing Project Manager </strong> to be based at our flagship site in <strong>Lappeenranta, Finland</strong>, to help play a key role in management of procurement projects as part of a matrix organization. You'll be working closely with global category managers and program managers to initiate, design and execute projects while meeting quality and cost goals.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role will involve some international travel (up to circa 25%).</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the procurement agenda in a matrix environment, working both cross- functionally and globally in close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. In particular, you will be:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and execute project sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Conduct market analysis, cost benchmarking, and supplier capability assessments</li> <li>Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous cost optimization</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for an open- minded colleague with a strong drive and growth mindset. It is essential that you possess deep interpersonal skills, the courage to challenge the status quo and an ability to work effectively with others at all levels in an organization.
