<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Reports directly to the department Supervisor and is responsible for operating all unwrapper machines to maintain established quality standards and production schedules in the manufacture of all required hose.<br><br>This is a 3rd Shift position.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided. Abide by and actively promote all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Ensure all material available for next run per the production schedule prior to starting set-up of machine.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Load material onto Unwrapper per spec sheets and standard operating instructions.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Run unwrapper machines per spec sheet and operating instructions, completing required quality checks, operating and quality paperwork, travelers, etc as required.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Aid in development and continuous improvement of Standardized Work documentation on an on-going basis.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Maintain a channel of communication between management and departmental personnel on shift cross-over.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Monitor productivity to ensure that established quality and production levels are maintained to support the plant mission statement.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Maintain 5-S Standards in work area.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Actively participate in plant improvement projects and teams.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Excellent attendance record</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Good performance record</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong>High School diploma or equivalent is required</strong></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Effective communication skills</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Problem solving skills</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Must work with sense of urgency</li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Must support and work in a team environment</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Previous production or manufacturing experience, manufacturing/machine operation experience is preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Mechanical or machinist experience is preferred</span></li> <li> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Workiing Conditions</H2> </div><div><p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong>Physical Effort</strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Almost continuously standing/walking. Sometimes required to stoop, climb, or lift/carry equipment or material of moderate weight. Occasionally may perform work in confined spaces and/or awkward positions.
