<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p>As our Senior Engineer – Root Cause Analysis, you will drive product quality and reliability by analyzing and resolving issues in power electronics and AC drive systems.</p> <div>You will enhance product robustness, reduce field failures, and improve overall quality, directly impacting customer satisfaction and performance.</div> <div> </div> <div> <div>You will collaborate with global engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams, owning root cause analysis and corrective actions, helping build a more efficient and quality-driven future.</div> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>In depth analysis of AC Drives and power electronics components / systems to identity right root-cause towards Design, Component, Process, System and Field</li> <li>Lead redesigning circuits and components as a part of robustness enhancement</li> <li>Detailed involvement in Systemic Root Causes process for product quality issues reported from field and production of AC drives</li> <li>Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions in terms of Product, Process, Field</li> <li>Initiate continuous improvements based on feedback from internal stakeholders and enhance problem solving skills</li> <li>Act as technical lead in the field of Power Electronics and able to guide team towards design and quality improvement in the field of power electronics</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>5+ years of experience in the field of Power Electronics -design, testing and analysis.</li> <li>A Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/Electronics Engineering/Power Electronics</li> <li>In-depth knowledge about Power components, electrical & electronics components, and circuits</li> <li>Detailed knowledge in Power Quality analysis & impacts, EMI/EMC, etc</li> <li>Extended experience in AC Drives, Magnetics and Motor control</li> <li>In depth knowledge in Quality tools & problem solving</li> <li>In-depth knowledge about Power components, electrical & electronics components, and circuits</li> <li>Hands own experience in MATLAB and similar design and simulation tools in power electronics</li> <li> <div>Good at analyzing data, with experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint</div> </li> <li> <div>Works well with others and respects different perspectives</div> </li> <li> <div>Demonstrates a global mindset with clear, thoughtful, and adaptable communication skills</div> .Six Sigma Green Belt / PMP will be an added advantage.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Ready to Make a Difference?</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
