This role directs the team's daily work in quality planning for new products, solving production problems, and driving process improvements to meet plant quality goals. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Quality Systems & Process Control Leadership</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO/TS).</li> <li>Oversee all Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP/PPAP) activities for new and revised products.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage reviews and revisions to production FMEAs and Control Plans.</li> <li>Direct internal quality audit teams to ensure system compliance and effectiveness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving Leadership</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Champion the adoption of Six Sigma methods, acting as a "change agent" to improve the facility's overall performance.</li> <li>Establish, train, and lead cross-functional Root Cause Analysis teams to investigate quality problems, reduce DPPM, and meet plant goals for customer returns, warranty, and scrap.</li> <li>Guide team participation in cost-out activities and ensure follow-up on all corrective actions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensure effective verbal and written communication within the team and across the organization.</li> <li>Lead the team's contribution to various plant improvement initiatives.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in a similar role</li> <li>5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li> <li>Preferred qualifications in Engineering or other technical degree, CQT, CQE, EIT, CQA.</li> <li>Good command of English</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
