Support Harmonization of Cost Data and Reporting Standards</h3> <ul> <li>Assist in harmonizing production cost calculation methodologies across different manufacturing sites.</li> <li>Analyze existing costing principles and identify inconsistencies between plants.</li> <li>Develop recommendations to standardize cost allocation and calculation practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with site controllers to implement agreed changes within the 2027 Standard Cost Calculation process.</li> <li>Support the design and enhancement of dashboards, reporting templates, and financial performance reporting tools.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3>2. Drive Manufacturing Cost Performance Through Data Analytics</h3> <ul> <li>Establish a monthly production cost tracking process for manufacturing sites in Brazil, Mexico, and the Czech Republic.</li> <li>Analyze cost variances and identify the key drivers behind cost fluctuations.</li> <li>Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.</li> <li>Develop benchmarking analyses across production sites to identify best practices, synergies, and cost optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Present findings and recommendations to finance and operational stakeholders.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3>3. Contribute to the Development of the Divisional Reporting Ecosystem</h3> <ul> <li>Support the creation and maintenance of Databricks databases enabling AI-generated analyses and automated reporting.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of digital reporting solutions for monthly business reviews and plant controlling activities.</li> <li>Participate in projects related to: <ul> <li>Fixed Expenses Tracking</li> <li>CAPEX Monitoring and Reporting</li> <li>Manufacturing KPI Development</li> <li>AI-driven Finance Analytics</li> </ul> </li> <li>Help improve reporting automation, style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or similar platforms.</span></li> <li
