You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement connected planning solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This is a high-growth area within EY, offering strong exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, innovative planning technologies, and significant career advancement opportunities. <h2>Your Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Design, develop, and implement Anaplan models to support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, sales planning, and financial planning processes.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Gather and analyze business requirements, translating complex business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Configure and maintain Anaplan modules, lists, dashboards, UX pages, workflows, and reporting capabilities.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Develop and support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP solutions.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and deployment activities.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Contribute to solution architecture, client workshops, proposals, and RFP responses.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Apply Anaplan and EPM best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable, and high-performing solutions.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building within the practice.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Proven experience in Anaplan implementation, support, or development projects.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Hands-on experience with: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Anaplan Model Building</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Anaplan UX</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Data Hubs</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Model Optimization and Performance Tuning</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise applications and data sources.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of financial modeling, management reporting, and connected planning concepts.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration methodologies.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience working in consulting environments is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Anaplan Certified Model Builder Certification.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Anaplan Solution Architect Certification.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Master Anaplanner designation is a strong advantage.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), OneStream, Hyperion, or other planning platforms.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.</li> </ul> <h2>What We Look For</h2> We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about digital transformation and connected planning.
