It means working in a Group that cares about people and their development and well-being (we are proudly certified as a <a target="_blank">Empresa Familiarmente Responsável),</a> with a culture guided by the values of ethics, innovation, excellence and people. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Participate in fleet innovation and electrification projects.</li> <li>Assess electric vehicle charging infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with sustainability objectives.</li> <li>Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and explore innovative solutions, including electric mobility; </li> <li>Implement automation or new technologies to streamline operations and boost value creation; </li> <li>Establish milestones and KPIs to monitor project progress and communicating them to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience, Skills and Qualifications: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Post-bologna master’s degree, with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, Industrial Engineering and Management, or other similar courses in universities of excellence; </li> <li>Up to 2 years of professional experience; </li> <li>Strong interest in mobility infrastructure project management and process innovation; </li> <li>Solid analytic skills and knowledge of Power BI are a plus; </li> <li>Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint;</li> <li>Fluency in English; </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Brisa Group is leading the way to your future, join us! </strong></p>
