It means working in a Group that cares about people, their development and well-being, as we are proudly certified as <a href="https://soyefr.org/certificacion-efr/">Empresa Familiarmente Responsável</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our Culture is guided by the following values: ethics, innovation, excellence and people.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support the Management Control team in financial analysis, reporting and planning processes</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and KPIs</li> <li>Help analyze financial information and explain simple business drivers with clarity and logic</li> <li>Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders</li> <li>Work closely with different business areas to understand operational performance and financial impacts</li> <li>Contribute to the identification of deviations, risks and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Develop technical and business knowledge with the objective of evolving into a business partnering role</li> <li>Ensure accuracy, organization and attention to detail in all assigned tasks</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience, Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Management, Economics or a similar field</li> <li>Good knowledge of Excel</li> <li>Basic understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and KPIs</li> <li>Strong analytical capability and logical reasoning</li> <li>Rigor, attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li> <li>Clear communication skills and ability to explain reasoning in a structured way</li> <li>Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Via Verde is leading the way to your future, join us!</strong></p>
