Our Culture is guided by the following values: ethics, innovation, excellence and people.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support the Shared Services Center (CSC) first line of service by participating in ticket triage, incident follow-up, and operational communication, ensuring visibility and coordination across internal teams and partners.</li> <li>Support the initial triage of tickets, with particular focus on incidents.</li> <li>Contribute to the classification, prioritization, and routing of tickets.</li> <li>Monitor operational alerts and dashboards to ensure timely identification of issues.</li> <li>Support ticket follow-up through to resolution and closure.</li> <li>Ensure ticket information remains complete, accurate, and consistent.</li> <li>Support operational communication across relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Assist the Shared Services Center (CSC) in documenting recurring cases and conducting simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience, Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Systems Management, Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Interest in operations, ITSM, and support environments.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks effectively.</li> <li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Brisa Group is leading the way to your future, join us!</strong></p>
