<p>At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.</p> <p> </p> <p>We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.</p> <p> </p> <p>Join EY and help to build a better working world.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>The opportunity </strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and align operations with business needs.</li> <li>Maintain service standards, ensure compliance with change processes, and help enforce operational best practices.</li> <li>Proactively monitor and manage service specific components.</li> <li>Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously</li> <li>Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.</li> <li>Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills and attributes for success </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple services and priorities.</li> <li>Good support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support.</li> <li>Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.</li> <li>At least 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies</li> <li>Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work on both Agile and Waterfall projects.</li> <li>Good knowledge on scripting and automation experience using scripts.</li> <li>Copilot or Agentic AI experience.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer you </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
