<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Perform supplier quality management activities related to products procured by the plant and arrange supplier quality issues</span></li> <li>Lead, motivate, and develop Supplier Quality Engineers</li> <li>Set target for the team and ensure the validation and fulfillment of them</li> <li>Ensure the team’s and personal’s development and goal achievement</li> <li>Conducts supplier evaluations in series production, manages supplier process changes, initiates and coordinates corrective actions to maintain the agreed quality.</li> <li>Coordinates the handling of series production complaints and acts as an escalation point to reach agreement on necessary recovery action plans for successful implementation</li> <li>Conduct on-site supplier audits and other evaluations or visits as necessary</li> <li>Supports advanced quality planning with suppliers during the product development process</li> <li>Provides training to suppliers to ensure compliance with APQP and PPAP requirements according to the agreement.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications and Skills</h2> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Degree in engineering or other related field or relevant experience</span></li> <li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control, supplier quality within manufacturing or engineering environments</li> <li>English language (min.
